Using Neat Take
These terms describe use of the Neat Take website and photo-editing service provided by Hajar Labs LLC. The iPhone application is also subject to the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Contact keith@neattake.app for help.
Your photos and permissions
Only submit material you have the right to use and process. You retain your rights in your photos. You permit us and our service providers to process and store the submitted material as needed to perform the requested editing, delivery, recovery and support. Do not submit unlawful content or images that infringe others’ privacy or rights.
Review before listing
AI can change or misinterpret details, including colors, texture, wear and lettering. You are responsible for reviewing each output and ensuring that your listing accurately represents the item and complies with the marketplace’s rules. Illustrative examples on this website do not guarantee a particular result.
Credits and purchases
The app uses prepaid credit packs rather than a subscription. In-app purchase screens show the current localized prices and terms before you buy. Purchased credits do not expire. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the appropriate App Store account to reconcile eligible remaining credits. Apple handles monetary refund requests under its applicable policies; reporting an image issue is separate from requesting a monetary refund.
Availability
Internet access, compatible software, cloud-processing consent and appropriate permissions are needed. Processing time varies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular sales outcome or perfectly accurate AI edits. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Fair use and security
Do not interfere with the service, evade credit or security controls, misuse another person’s information, or attempt unauthorized access. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.
