Who we are

Neat Take is provided by Hajar Labs LLC. For privacy questions or requests, contact keith@neattake.app.

Photos and cloud processing

With your consent, we send your full photograph and any chosen background reference through our Cloudflare-hosted service to OpenAI for editing and quality review. The upload includes anything visible around the item, including people or personal information. Avoid photographing sensitive material.

Information used to run the app

We process photos, background references, job status, issue reports, diagnostic events, anonymous device credentials, verified app identity and purchase records to deliver edits, reconcile credits, recover interrupted work and provide support. You do not create a Neat Take account. Apple handles payments; we do not receive payment-card details.

Storage and retention

Uploaded media is stored privately to process and recover edits. Retention depends on the policy disclosed when a capture is admitted. Legacy captures use a seven-day media policy. Under the newer media policy, full-quality originals and edits are available for 30 days, compressed originals for up to 180 days, and compressed edits for up to 365 days from admission. Availability expires at these deadlines; deletion runs periodically. Background references and operational or purchase records can remain separately where needed for existing jobs, fraud prevention, support or legal obligations. Removing a background from the picker does not necessarily remove references already used by a job. Contact us about deletion of uploaded information.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. OpenAI processes images and may retain data under its applicable API policies, including abuse-monitoring retention. Provider retention follows its applicable policies. Apple processes purchases.

Your choices

You can decline cloud processing and revoke camera or Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Revoking permission does not delete previously uploaded information. For access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, email keith@neattake.app. We may need information sufficient to locate your anonymous-device records and verify the request. Do not send passwords or Apple verification codes.

Photos on your device

Photos permission allows delivery to your library. Optional full access enables the dedicated Neat Take album. Copies saved to Photos or Files remain under your control and are not deleted by our server retention schedule.

Website and tracking

This website does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Cloudflare processes network information such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. Neat Take does not use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes requiring consent will be presented through the app before the affected processing. Contact keith@neattake.app with questions.
